Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, 45, often known as Mark, is pictured in a photograph released by Bedfordshire Police as he may look after boarding a flight from London Heathrow on Saturday. The suspect is now believed to be in the African nation, and authorities are working to locate him.
The horrific discovery was made at a large detached house on Carnoustie Drive in Great Denham, near Bedford. The property, worth around £1.3 million, had been quiet for several days when neighbors raised concerns on Monday. When officers entered the home, they found three bodies inside. Pictured in the released photo is Tshuma, who is thought to have left the country shortly after the deaths.
The victims have been identified as Tshuma’s wife, Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, aged 42, and their two daughters, 15-year-old Natalie and five-year-old Nala. Bedfordshire Police confirmed that Tshuma is a British citizen with Zimbabwean roots. He is believed to have flown to Zimbabwe using a British passport. Companies House records show that Tshuma runs a property business called Nexus Trove Holdings from his Great Denham home. The company held just over £1 million in assets at the end of 2024. According to Rightmove, the family purchased their home for £1,270,000 in May 2024. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom property includes a swimming pool. Both girls attended private schools. Community Remembers
Nala’s headteacher Jo Webster spoke fondly of the young girl. She said Nala was a cherished part of the school who brought happiness every day. Pictured in the tribute is a photo of Nala smiling in her school uniform.

Gemma Gibson, headmistress at Bedford Girls’ School, described Natalie as a talented Year 10 student loved by all. Gibson noted Natalie’s skills in dance, music, and sport. Police Appeal
Detective Inspector Lee Martin said investigators are following several leads in this fast-moving case. He confirmed Tshuma left on Saturday and is likely in Zimbabwe.
