Wednesday marked the most severe Israeli bombardment of Lebanon in the ongoing conflict. The assault spanned ten minutes, during which Israel claimed to have conducted approximately 100 strikes.
Lebanon’s health ministry reported that at least 182 individuals were killed and over 800 injured.
BBC Middle East Correspondent Hugo Bachega was stationed in Beirut, witnessing one of the deadliest strikes of the conflict.
